Pomegranate Palomas

pomegranate palomas cocktail beverage

Mmmmmmmmmm Spring. I love you.
Fresh wardrobe, less hypothermia in the office, and most importantly: cocktails on the patio. Tyler (or shall I say... my fiancé!!!) is a PRO at making these little concoctions we like to call Palomas- so good in fact that I never want to learn how to make them myself. In fact, it was over Palomas (and some happy tears) that I said yes (alongside omgomgomg's of course) to marrying the man of my dreams. These cute little pink drinks will always remind me of happy times! They are sweet, tangy, and so very refreshing-- with only a few ingredients, this drink will be a staple on your menu.

Pomegranate Palomas

Prep Time: 5 mins | Serves 2

  • 100% grapefruit juice
  • POM pomegranate juice
  • Agave nectar
  • Lime wedges
  • Vodka or silver Tequila
  • Splash of club soda
The Steps
  1. Mix drink: Over ice, pour 1-2 oz. liquor into each glass. Top each pour with grapefruit juice, leaving about 1 in. room at the top of the glass. Pour in your agave (or honey) - I would start with 2 teaspoons and taste to add more if necessary. Stir with a spoon and top off with the POM juice and a splash of soda. Squeeze in a lime wedge and toast! Goes great with charcuterie board of prosciutto & brie :)
